I didn’t feel very well in last 2 weeks so I decided to release few attachments and habits which obviously didn’t fit me anymore.
I’ve found some new things that suits me better and type of my nutrition is also one of them. Cooked meals, spicy and pungent tastes, natural sweet ingredients, bright, grey and white food, good fats like ghee butter or coconut oil inspired me lately and I gave them a chance. I must say it works perfectly by now.
I noticed also that my meals are smaller and more frequent, I feel much more relaxed, full of energy and I am so excited about my future projects again. Few extra minutes of sleep in fresh mornings, lots of sun light and deep breathing also helps me a lot.
I would like to share one of my favourite warm breakfast recipe which usually contains porridge made of wholegrains and few other ingredients that make my body feel great <3
I N G R E D I E N T S
4-5 spoons of spelt flakes, water, salt
cca 1/2 cup (1 dcl) of Kefir drink (or any other yogurt or milk)
Banana, soaked hazelnuts, coconut flakes, raw freshly crushed cacao nibs, bourbon vanilla powder, carob powder
1 teaspoon of astragalus root powder
1 teaspoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil
I C O O K E D
spelt flakes in slightly salted water (propotion 1:1, cooking time was cca 10 minutes).

put it all together in my porcelain porridge bowl. Sweet simplicity <3
Try to find which grains best suits you (beside spelt I often use oats, millet, rye, kamut and soy flakes).
